Weekly Menu Plan

(We are actually only in town 3 days this week, so I only need a few days of menu plans. However, we’ll be taking some food along with us on the trip – especially for the 2 days of traveling in the car.)

Breakfasts

Homemade Granola x 3 (Veggie Omelets for me)

Lunches

Leftovers x 3 (also known as: try to eat up everything in the refrigerator before leaving on vacation 🙂)

(We plan on taking on taking ingredients in the car for Turkey and Cheese Sandwiches for a couple of lunches. Snacks will be carrots, cucumbers, and peppers; fresh fruit; and homemade trail mix – pretzels, m&m’s, nuts, raisins, and popcorn)

Dinners

Spaghetti and Meatballs (using sauce and meatballs I bought last week), Dill Bread, Tossed Salad, Corn on the Cob, Old Fashioned Coconut Cream Pie

Venison Roast in the Crockpot, Steamed Carrots, Baked Potatoes, Leftover Dill Bread

Homemade Chicken Pot Pie, Corn on the Cob, Tossed Salad
